Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.

The returned product must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The product has a printing error.
  • The product color is clearly different from your choice (for example, you choose blue but the product delivered is red).
  • The goods are broken or dented (please ensure that this error is not caused during transportation, if the goods are broken or dented during transportation, it will not meet our requirements).
  • Size is different from the order.

There may be some minor errors affecting the product during shipping, please ensure that the fault of the product is on our side.

The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.

Exchanges Policy.

If you would like to exchange, please check our requirements outlined in the Return section.

  • Product has not been used.
  • Packaging and labels are intact.
  • Full range of products and accessories.

Let us know your exchange request, size, color, picture. The expected return time will be the same as the delivery time when the returned product has been returned to the warehouse, for example, the returned product arrives at the warehouse on the 10th, then the new product will begin to be delivered to you on the 13th or 14th. and it will take an additional 4-15 days for the delivery department to be able to send it to you.

Product return fee: If one of the above requirements is met we will not charge a return fee.
